Club America cruise to victory over Tauro FC
Club America eased to a 4-0 win against Tauro FC in the first leg of their CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinal on Tuesday night.
The Panamanian club, which ousted FC Dallas in the previous round, only conceded once in the first half, giving up a stunning 19th-minute strike from distance by U.S. international Joe Corona.
But three goals late in the second half from Henry Martin, Cecilio Dominguez and Andres Ibarguen saw the Liga MX hosts take a decisive upper hand in the tie.
