Marc Skinner's side came into the clash with the a three-goal cushion from the first leg in Spain, and erased all hopes of an Atlético comeback after Julia Zigiotti Olme's strike near the half-hour mark.
Jess Park's stunning finish from range all but sealed the tie before half-time, making the second half a bit of a stroll for the hosts.
Marc Skinner's side now face a quarterfinal showdown against Bayern Munich, who they will be playing for the first time in their history.
