The ball-boy kicked by Eden Hazard in 2013 is reportedly set to earn a major windfall by selling his viral business.
Charlie Morgan was a ball-boy for local side Swansea City 13 years ago when he was involved in a notorious skirmish with Chelsea star Hazard.
Hazard was sent off and later said: "The boy put his whole body on to the ball and I was just trying to kick the ball. I think I kicked the ball and not the boy. I apologise."
Two years later, Morgan and business partner Jackson Quinn would set up a company which is now on the cusp of a sale worth £500m, according to Sky News.
Drinks brand Au Vodka, which they founded in 2015, will be bought by Sazerac, who already own BuzzBallz and Southern Comfort.
"Sazerac, a leading global spirits company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Au Vodka, a UK-based vodka & RTD brand," a statement to ESPN read.
"Sazerac works continuously to grow its business by investing in brands and building out its portfolio globally to connect with consumers. The United Kingdom is an important market for Sazerac, and this opportunity enables the company to deepen its presence in the UK.

"The transaction is subject to customary completion conditions and completion is anticipated within weeks. Terms of the transaction will not be disclosed."
Au Vodka quickly became a viral phenomenon. Charlie Sloth, the radio DJ, became and investor and Jake Paul, the influencer-turned-boxer, pretended to tattoo the company's logo onto himself as an internet prank.
The brand is known for its distinctive gold bottles.
