The weekend's European football action had its share of drama and goals. Ten-men Manchester City won a crucial yet controversial match against arch-rivals Manchester United thanks to a Erling Haaland goal while Arsenal also maintained their perfect start in the Premier League after a 2-0 win over Sunderland.
Liverpool didn't inspire much in their 0-0 draw against Fulham while Chelsea also shared points against Hull in a 2-2 draw.
In LaLiga, Barcelona made it five wins in five after beating Levante 4-2 while second-placed Real Madrid also won 4-1 against Rayo Vallecano. Three late goals helped Atletico Madrid beat Real Sociedad 3-0.
In Bundesliga, Bayern Munich overcame the challenge from SV Elversberg, beating them 2-1 while Freiburg remained on top with a win over Borussia Mönchengladbach. Borussia Dortmund also made it three wins in three after beating Paderborn.
