Coventry boss Frank Lampard has urged his players to stay positive ahead of Saturday's Premier League trip to Nottingham Forest.
The Sky Blues have lost all four of their top-flight games so far without scoring a goal, and also crashed out of the Carabao Cup to Aston Villa on Wednesday.
Lampard told a news conference: "We just have to [stay positive] because it is football. We have been privileged for a while to win a lot of football matches here.
"It is more difficult when you don't -- that makes the job of all of us tougher because that is what we are here for and what you want to do.
"Sometimes it is human nature to feel down but we have just got to focus on the work that we have got to do to keep trying to improve and to get results."
Lampard has selection problems ahead of the trip to the City Ground with his main striker Taiwo Awoniyi suspended and defender Aurèle Amenda facing time on the sidelines with a suspected calf injury.
With a number of experienced players still some weeks away from regaining fitness, Lampard welcomed the impending international break as an opportunity to restore his side to full strength ahead of the return to league action.
Lampard, who revealed a behind-closed-doors game has been arranged during the period, added: "It's just one we will manage physically but I think the opportunity to get players fit is a good thing for us."
