Liverpool winger Víctor Muñoz has praised the "intensity" at the Premier League club since making the switch from LaLiga this summer, saying the change is "helping me grow" as a player.
Muñoz was the first arrival at Anfield under coach Andoni Iraola, signing a six-year contract after a €40 million ($45m) move from Osasuna which saw Liverpool beat Newcastle to his signature.
The wide forward was part of the Spain squad that won the World Cup this summer but was unable to take part in the tournament due to injury, and is back with the national team for this international break, featuring as a substitute against Croatia on Tuesday.

"I definitely notice differences between LaLiga and the Premier League," Muñoz said in a news conference on Thursday, as Spain prepare to play Czechia in their latest Nations League game in Oviedo.
"LaLiga is a lot more tactical. The Premier League games are more physical. The intensity in training there is very high, you notice that difference. It's helping me grow."
Muñoz has made five Premier League appearances for Liverpool so far this season, scoring once.
The Real Madrid youth product enjoyed a breakout season at Osasuna in 2025-26 before his switch to England.
"Everything happening so fast means I don't have time to fully process it," he said on Thursday. "My family and I try to enjoy every moment... I'm in a good place right now."
Muñoz is now competing with Ballon d'Or contender Lamine Yamal for a place in the Spain team.
Yamal excelled against Croatia in Seville, scoring twice and providing an assist in a 4-1 win.
"I try to learn a lot from him," Muñoz said. "He's a good friend of mine, and we spend a lot of time together. Having that competition, seeing him train, it's a privilege for me."
