Mikey Moore and other members of Tottenham's successful under-18 group from the 2022-23 campaign have been backed to still make their mark at the north London club.
Spurs claimed twin Premier League Cup glory at academy level during that season four years ago -- with Nottingham Forest thrashed 5-1 in the under-17 competition final and the highly-regarded team able to down Aston Villa weeks later for the under-18 crown.
Eight of that group have made debuts for Tottenham but the highly-rated Moore is the only one to play more than seven times for his boyhood club -- with Will Lankshear sold to Middlesborough after six outings and Jamie Donley, who spoke last week about a lack of pathway, on loan at Luton.
Oliver Irow was part of that free-scoring side which produced 97 goals under Stuart Lewis -- scoring twice in the under-17 final, as did Moore -- and has accelerated his development in 2026 with loans at Mansfield and Plymouth.
Donley, Irow, George Abbott and Yusuf Akhamrich are all at League One teams trying to gain experience, whilst England Under-20 captain Moore is on his second loan after he joined Cologne this season following success with Rangers last term.
Even though none of Lewis' trophy-laden team have fully broken through at Tottenham, Irow feels there is time and told the Press Association: "I think it's hard because there's a lot of players and all of us are trying to do the same thing.
"Mikey's obviously done well to be able to break through but, like for myself, I've gone out to try and showcase what I can do and I feel like that was the best thing for me and for other players as well.
"Of course, I'm not going to speak on their behalf, but they've done the same thing. Gone out to try to prove themselves.
"I feel like everyone's pathway is completely different and that's fine. It's just hopefully you can keep building and hopefully one day be able to play for Spurs."
Jermain Defoe was part of Lewis' coaching team for the 2022-23 campaign along with Bradley Allen, who helped develop Harry Kane and remains in the Tottenham academy set-up.
Allen and Lewis were central to Lankshear's development before he was sold for £20 million in July to Middlesbrough.
Fellow forwards Irow and Akhamrich are following Lankshear's lead and scoring in the EFL after they made excellent starts to life at Plymouth and Leyton Orient with four and three goals respectively, whilst Damola Ajayi is at Barnet.
Callum Olusesi has played three times for Spurs and James Rowswell and Alfie Dorrington once but the trio -- along with Tyrese Hall -- remain with the U21s.

Currently Moore, with 24 appearances for Tottenham including a goal this season against Charlton, looks the most likely of Lewis' lieutenants to make the cut in N17 but only after spending this season in Germany.
"He's got the quality," Irow acknowledged. "I think there's a lot of players in that group that definitely could and definitely still can.
"Everyone's speaking to each other so hopefully - but of course, Mikey's a great player. Hopefully he can push on, hopefully we can all push on and do the same thing."
