Nottingham Forest were left once again to rue missed opportunities as they drew 1-1 at Ipswich Town on Friday night.
Neco Williams opened the scoring for the visitors, before a mistake from Nikola Milenkovic allowed Julio Enciso to level the scoring before halftime.
In the second half, Issa Diop could have seen red but, despite being sent to the monitor, referee Thomas Bramall decided his last-ditch foul on James McAtee only merited a yellow card.

- Morgan Gibbs-White set to be fit for Nottingham Forest's clash with Ipswich
Having won the FA Cup, Community Shield and UEFA Conference League in the space of 13 months with Crystal Palace, it has been quite the crash down to earth for Glasner since he arrived at the City Ground.
While his Forest side deserve credit for an entertaining draw at Anfield and a late win at Aston Villa, those results make up four of their six points this season.
Add to that their immediate exit from the Carabao Cup at home to Leeds United, and their 3-1 defeat at Glasner's former side Palace -- a game in which they missed a host of chances -- and some have begun to speculate that the Austrian is fighting to save his job.
On the other hand, Ipswich have started the season in excellent form.
Wins against Sunderland, Palace and Fulham have O'Neil's team riding high in ninth place in the league, four clear of their Friday night opponents.
