After getting waived by Golden State in July last season, she signed with New York and served as a depth option, averaging 12.4 minutes per game with meager numbers of 2.5 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 0.5 steals. Her production was volatile, as injuries to Breanna Stewart, Nyara Sabally and Kennedy Burke boosted Talbot's usage at times, giving her occasional flashes of fantasy value. Talbot was an unrestricted free agent during the offseason and elected to join another contender in Las Vegas.
