News: 1 day agoWilson signed a three-year, $5 million contract with the Aces on Wednesday.

Spin: Wilson stated her intent to remain with the Aces last month, and she's officially agreed to a multi-year deal that is the richest contract in WNBA history. The Aces have retained several of their key contributors ahead of the 2026 campaign, including Chelsea Gray, Jackie Young, Jewell Loyd and NaLyssa Smith, but Wilson should remain the focal point for the competitive team. Across 40 regular-season outings last year, Wilson averaged 23.4 points, 10.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.3 blocks and 1.6 steals in 31.2 minutes per game -- marking the second consecutive season in which she's averaged a double-double -- en route to the fourth MVP award of her career.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Following another outstanding season, Wilson is expected to sign a supermax deal to remain in Las Vegas. She took a slight step back in multiple categories during the 2025 campaign but still had a dominant season en route to her fourth MVP award and third championship. The superstar appeared in 40 regular-season games, averaging 23.4 points, 10.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.3 blocks and 1.6 steals while shooting 50.5 percent from the field across 31.2 minutes per contest. She led the league in points and blocks per game while finishing second in rebounds and tied for third in steals. The 29-year-old center also improved from beyond the arc, shooting 42.4 percent from downtown on 1.5 three-point attempts per game. Wilson should remain at the top of draft boards ahead of the 2026 campaign.
