Spin: Austin had a 12-point, 16-rebound double-double in Game 1. However, it was a different story in Game 2. Despite the poor performance Wednesday, Austin easily had her best year since entering the WNBA in 2022, averaging career highs in points (17.0), rebounds (9.5), assists (2.6) and blocks (1.2) over 29.4 minutes per game. She also shot 31.5 percent from deep and 72.5 percent from the foul line, a significant improvement from previous years, and appeared in over 40 regular-season games for the first time in her career.
