Moore keys Minnesota Lynx win over Tulsa Shock 86-80
TULSA, Okla. -- Maya Moore scored 16 of her 20 points in the fourth quarter and Sylvia Fowles added 19 points to lead the Minnesota Lynx to an 86-80 win over Tulsa on Saturday night.
Moore hit a 3-pointer midway through the fourth quarter to break a 71-71 tie and hit two more 3s down the stretch to reach 20 points for the 10th straight game. Tricia Liston added 13 off the bench for the Lynx (15-4), who won their third game in four nights.
Riquna Williams scored 35 points for Tulsa (10-10), which lost its sixth straight. She had 14 in the third quarter to help the Shock rally after Minnesota built a 13-point lead. Plenette Pierson and Odyssey Sims added 16 apiece.
Tulsa is 2-9 since guard Skylar Diggins was lost for the season with an ACL injury.
Moore was 6 of 10 in the fourth quarter including 4 of 6 3-pointers.
