The Baltimore Ravens opened the 2025 season as odds-on favorites to win the AFC North and +650 favorites to win the Super Bowl. It was the fifth time in the last six seasons that Baltimore was favored to win the division, yet they've followed through on those expectations only twice in that span.
Last season's eight-win campaign was tied for the Ravens' worst record in a decade and tied for their second-worst since 2008. It was capped by a loss in a winner-take-all Week 18 game against the division rival Pittsburgh Steelers. Baltimore moved on from head coach John Harbaugh in the offseason, bringing in former Chargers DC Jesse Minter as head coach and former Bears OC Declan Doyle, but the expectations are still lofty moving forward. -- Kevin Pulsifer

2026 outlook: Super Bowl aspirations, but questions remain
The Ravens have a Super Bowl-caliber ceiling, but there are still lingering questions. Lamar Jackson is healthy again after dealing with a nagging hamstring strain last season among other lower-body ailments, Derrick Henry is still the engine of the run game, and the addition of free-agent defensive end Trey Hendrickson should give Baltimore the pass-rush boost it desperately needed.
On the flip side, the Raven are replacing center Tyler Linderbaum, breaking in a new head coach and offensive coordinator and asking first-round rookie Vega Ioane to help fix an offensive line that struggled in pass protection a year ago. -- Pamela Maldonado
Best bet: Lamar Jackson UNDER 3,249.5 passing yards (-110)
Because the Ravens' schedule projects easier against the run, if Lamar stays healthy, I expect his legs to be a bigger part of the offense again after injuries limited his rushing production last season. -- Maldonado
