BEREA, Ohio -- Nickel back K'Waun Williams has been cleared from the NFL's concussion protocol and will be full go Wednesday in practice.
That was the most positive development from a lengthy rundown on the Cleveland Browns' injury situation. The team is in wait-and-see mode with Joe Haden, who did not play Sunday against the San Diego Chargers because of a broken finger.
Clearly the Browns hope they have Williams and Haden back. Williams missed the last two games, Haden the loss to the Chargers. Opposing quarterbacks have had consecutive 300-yard games against the Browns.
Among the injured:
Inside linebacker Craig Robertson will not practice and appears doubtful for Sunday's game in Baltimore because of a sprained ankle.
Free safety Tashaun Gipson will miss practice, also due to a sprained ankle.
Running back Shaun Draughn and receiver Brian Hartline are day to day with back and thigh issues.
Running back Robert Turbin (ankle) and linebacker Scott Solomon (ankle) will ease their way into team work, though they remain iffy for the Baltimore Ravens game.
