Here are the latest Miami Dolphins stories Wednesday from around the web:
Chris Perkins of the Sun Sentinel writes rolling out quarterback Ryan Tannehill could reduce sacks.
Morning take: Tannehill is the most-sacked quarterback in the NFL, so anything and everything should be up for discussion. Tannehill throws well on the run, and a moving pocket could be a nice change.
Andy Kent of the Dolphins' team site says an energetic practice closed out a short week.
Morning take: The Dolphins won’t hit the practice field again until Monday following the bye. This is a good time for injured players to get some rest.
Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald points out the Dolphins lost another bid for the Super Bowl.
Morning take: This wasn’t a surprise. Miami failed to get stadium renovations and couldn’t offer the league anything new for the 2018 Super Bowl.
Greg Stoda of the Palm Beach Post writes backup guard Danny Watkins could help the offensive line.
Morning take: Watkins joined the team late, and I haven’t seen enough from him. Watkins seems to have good feet, which could help with stretch running plays. Perhaps he can work in a rotation after the bye.
