Every weekday morning, we'll round up local and national Seattle Seahawks-related links.
Davis Hsu has some interesting numbers on the ages of the Seahawks' offensive and defensive players:

Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times offers thoughts on the Seahawks' offense:
The Seahawks have other players who could factor into the fullback competition, such as undrafted-free-agent defensive tackle Brandin Bryant, who was also tried at fullback in rookie minicamp; tight end Brandon Cottom, a college fullback; and running back Tre Madden.
The way the Seahawks use [Nick] Vannett also could replicate some of what [Derrick] Coleman (who played nine percent of snaps last season) and [Will] Tukuafu (19 percent) did a year ago.
But the lack of a true, veteran fullback on the roster also could indicate the Seahawks might go with more spread-type sets.
Jason La Canfora of CBSSports.com weighs in on Russell Wilson's career:
Like all of the great ones who once had their dreams dashed -- Tom Brady and Michael Jordan come to mind -- Wilson has a loooong memory. But unlike some others, he seems to truly take those bad times as a blessing now, and as a means to fortifying him for the challenges that would come. He has internalized it as motivational fuel, but in a far less toxic or negative manner than the way others might.
