There are no rules for the best NFL gameday arrival fits, but there is certainly an unspoken competition, and the judges are often a player's football peers.

The source was cornerback DJ Turner II's custom bold double-breasted suit by fashion designer Pharoah Kirk -- the unofficial fit of the day. Respect was given to Turner's fit, with one player promising to top his arrival the following week.
"I'm always about that action," Turner said. I gotta put it on."
Week 1 started with a bang, as many players put on their Sunday best to open the season, but just like on the field, consistency is king. This Sunday could provide much stiffer competition.

Indianapolis Colts defensive lineman DeForest Buckner might have had the best outfit ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. Buckner wore a navy and black silk suit made by Gentleman's Playbook. It was a bold and unique choice.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce also showed up in style with a Louis Vuitton collarless jacket and matching belt. His teammate, Patrick Mahomes, rocked Adidas from head to toe with Oakley sunglasses.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens kept it simple up top, with a pop of color below for his arrival ahead of a divisional game against the Washington Commanders on Sunday. Pickens wore a solid black T-shirt, multicolored striped shorts, and purple-and-black Nike Dunks on the feet.

Commanders' rookie linebacker Sonny Styles was among the best dressed players during the arrivals for the Sunday afternoon games. Styles arrived in a grey suit, with his initials embroidered on the collar in gold.

Best of 1 p.m. arrivals
Cincinnati Bengals defensive lineman Myles Murphy was the best dressed during Sunday's early slate. Murphy arrived wearing a Gallery Department Logan canvas trucker vest with black cargo pants. His Bottega Veneta woven duffle bag was a strong complementary piece.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield was dressed to impress, arriving for a home game against his former team, the Cleveland Browns. Mayfield wore a cream polo with khaki and green striped and white shoes.
