Offensive tackle Rick Wagner led the Baltimore Ravens for a second straight year in performance-based pay.
Wagner received an additional $237,349 after starting 16 games at right tackle for the Ravens last season. This represents a 40 percent increase from his $585,000 base salary in 2015.
The performance-based pay system was set up to compensate players who play the most but make the least. Each team gets $3.802 million, which gets divided among players based on playing time-weighted compensation. This doesn't count against the salary cap.
