Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. has produced eight 1,000-yard receiving seasons, which ties Brandon Marshall among active players. But Smith is the Ravens' biggest injury concern, which makes it difficult to project the impact for him and the rest of Baltimore's receivers.
Steve Smith
ESPN Fantasy Projection: 57 receptions, 801 receiving yards, four touchdowns
Over or under: Smith will go over, but not by much. He has caught at least 64 passes and averaged 1,094 yards in his last four full seasons. What still works in Smith's favor is his chemistry with Flacco. That should continue as long as he's healthy.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: 37 receptions, 481 yards, three TDs
Over or under: Wallace is the sleeper of this group and will go over his projected total. His speed complements Flacco's strong arm, and he's been a popular target for Flacco in training camp, especially in the red zone.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: 52 receptions, 647 yards, four TDs
Over or under: Aiken is in a difficult situation coming off a career year. He is a similar receiver to Smith, and his numbers should take a dip if Smith is at full strength again.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: 40 receptions, 568 yards, four TDs
Over or under: Perriman has the potential to put up bigger receiving numbers, but he has been sidelined for almost 13 months because of knee injuries. Until he proves he can stay on the field, you have to take under for his projections.
Who else could see time: Michael Campanaro. He has the lead to be the Ravens' slot receiver/returner. Campanaro has playmaking ability, but he's been limited to eight games the last two seasons because of injuries.
