Werner is the surprise player on the inactive list for the Colts. Werner started 15 games during the regular season, but the second-year linebacker has been a disappointment this season. He finished with 51 tackles and 4.0 sacks. Rookie Jonathan Newsome, who led the Colts with 6.5 sacks, is expected to start in Werner's place.
