The Indianapolis Colts likely filled their last significant void on the roster when they signed former Atlanta Falcons safety Dwight Lowery late last week. They'll look internally to find a player to plug the middle of the defensive line at nose tackle.
Here's a look at what the Colts have done in free agency over the past month:
Returning unrestricted free agents: QB Matt Hasselbeck, OL Joe Reitz, CB Darius Butler, S Mike Adams, S Colt Anderson
Departed free agents: WR Reggie Wayne (team decision), DL Cory Redding (Arizona), S Sergio Brown (Jacksonville), OL A.Q. Shipley (Arizona)
Remaining free agents: RB Ahmad Bradshaw, WR Hakeem Nicks, DL Fili Moala, LB Andy Studebaker, CB Josh Gordy, LB Jerrell Freeman (restricted)
Priority free agents: None
Released: S LaRon Landry, DL Ricky Jean Francois (Washington), OL Xavier Nixon, LB Andrew Jackson, RB Trent Richardson (Oakland), LB Shaun Phillips
Free-agent additions: WR Vincent Brown (Oakland), LB Trent Cole (Philadelphia), RB Frank Gore (San Francisco), OL Ben Heenan (Canadian Football League), WR Duron Carter (Canadian Football League), OL Todd Herremans (Philadelphia), LB Nate Irving (Denver), WR Andre Johnson (Houston), DL Kendall Langford (St. Louis), S Lowery (Atlanta), CB Deveron Carr
Likely starting lineup changes: Gore for Daniel "Boom" Herron at running back; Herremans for Hugh Thornton at guard; Johnson for Wayne at receiver; Lowery for Landry at safety; Langford for Redding at defensive end
