INDIANAPOLIS – Colts coach Chuck Pagano has ruled out three offensive starters for Sunday’s game at Tennessee.
Tight end Dwayne Allen (ankle), receiver Phillip Dorsett (hamstring) and left guard Jack Mewhort (tricep) will all miss the game. Those three join receiver Donte Moncrief (shoulder), who will miss his fifth straight game, out on offense.
Rookie Joe Haeg is expected to start at left guard and Joe Reitz will start at right tackle. Left guard will be the third different position that Haeg, team's fifth-round draft choice, has started at this season. He also has started at right guard and right tackle.
Sunday will be the fifth different starting offensive line that the Colts have used in seven games. They’ve given up 23 sacks this season.
Quarterback Andrew Luck will be without three of his top five receivers against the Titans. Dorsett and Moncrief join Quan Bray (ankle) out.
Tevaun Smith, Devin Street and Chester Rogers, who will join veteran T.Y. Hilton, have combined for 18 receptions for 258 yards and a touchdown in their NFL careers.
Here are the other players that Pagano has ruled out for Sunday: DL Henry Anderson (knee), DL Zach Kerr (ankle) and LB Curt Maggitt (ankle).
