ALAMEDA, Calif. -- The fact that there were no changes to the Oakland Raiders' injury report on Thursday made the possibility of running back Latavius Murray sitting out his second straight game with an injured toe loom larger.
The same goes for rookie right tackle Vadal Alexander, who injured an ankle last weekend in Oakland’s victory over the San Diego Chargers and has not practiced since.
The Raiders went with the rookie tandem of DeAndre Washington and Jalen Richard in place of Murray against San Diego and they responded by combining to run for 54 yards on 17 carries while catching a combined 11 passes for 85 yards.
And with Alexander in a walking boot earlier this week, it appears as though veteran Austin Howard is in line to start at right tackle for the Raiders (4-1).
Following is the Raiders’ full injury report for Thursday in advance of Sunday’s home game against the Kansas City Chiefs (2-2):
Limited participation: S Nate Allen (quad), OL Jon Feliciano (calf), RB Taiwan Jones (knee), OT Matt McCants (knee), LB Malcolm Smith (quad), TE Clive Walford (knee)
Did not participate: OL Vadal Alexander (ankle), RB Latavius Murray (toe), TE RT Menelik Watson (calf)
