DAVIE, Fla. -- The Miami Dolphins (5-7) will play on "Monday Night Football" for the first and only time this season when they host the New York Giants (5-7) at Sun Life Stadium. Both teams attempt to inch closer to .500 late in the season.
Based on injuries and the practice week, here is a projection of Miami’s inactives:
OT Ulrick John
CB Tony Lippett
Matthews, who has chest and rib injuries, is expected to miss his second straight game. Rookie receiver DeVante Parker is expected to start in place of Matthews. Parker, Miami’s first-round pick, has two touchdown receptions in the past two games.
