At quarterback, the Pittsburgh Steelers have a high-ceiling but unpredictable fantasy performer. Here's a look at Ben Roethlisberger's fantasy value for 2016.
Ben Roethlisberger
ESPN Fantasy Projection: 4,571 yards, 28.4 touchdowns, 13 interceptions
Over or under: I'll take over on yards and touchdowns (slightly), under in interceptions. ESPN has rather conservative projections for a quarterback who went for nearly 5,000 yards and 32 touchdowns in his last healthy season. Touchdowns can be hard to figure out with Big Ben, who has eclipsed the 28-score mark twice in 12 seasons. I think he hits 30 if healthy. With DeAngelo Williams rushing for 11 touchdowns last year, expect a healthy Le'Veon Bell to turn a few of TD runs into TD receptions. Roethlisberger has averaged 12.25 interceptions per season for his career, so a normal performance lands him just under this clip, despite last year's high volume of turnovers (16). The yards are no problem for Roethlisberger, who hzx averaged nearly 320 passing yards a game over the past two seasons.
