SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- The San Francisco 49ers have agreed to terms with undrafted free agent receiver Nigel King, who was waived by the Miami Dolphins last week.
The 6-feet-3, 210-pound King played one season at Kansas, after transferring from Maryland, and caught 30 passes for 537 yards and one touchdown for the Jayhawks. He had 72 receptions for 1,112 yards and six TDs in his career.
King takes the roster spot vacated by the Niners releasing cornerback Chris Cook earlier in the day.
