@PaulKuharskyNFL makes sense.... Going into '16 what is the by position rank of needs you see for Titans?

Let’s rank the Tennessee Titans by position of need:
Wide receiver: Not nearly dynamic or threatening enough, no matter the scheme or the coaching. They need to get to a place where Kendall Wright is the No. 3, not the No. 1.
Cornerback: A healthy Jason McCourty is still a quality player and a settling force, but it would be nice for him to be the second guy. Perrish Cox would be best as a third. Coty Sensabaugh is purely a nickel guy, if he’s a piece going forward; his contract is up. Blidi Wreh-Wilson can’t be relied on.
Offensive line: The Titans can still upgrade at three of five spots -- left guard, center and right tackle.
Running back: Still a need, despite a second-round pick in 2014 (Bishop Sankey) and a fifth-round pick in 2015 (David Cobb).
Safety: Michael Griffin is about to turn 31 and has an $8.3 million cap charge and a $6.5 million base salary in 2016. A younger, rangier free safety could help the corners too.
Outside linebacker: This presumes they stay a 3-4. They have two good ones, in Brian Orakpo and Derrick Morgan. But we’ve seen the defense sink since Morgan’s been hurt. They need a third edge pass-rusher.
Defensive tackle: The Titans' top two, Al Woods and Sammie Hill, have expiring contracts. The team has done well finding defensive linemen, so it’s not higher here.
Inside linebacker: Wesley Woodyard is fine alongside mainstay Avery Williamson, but Woodyard is older and not as big as you’d like. Zach Brown will be a free agent and Steve Johnson will be a free agent, so at the least they need depth.
Tight end: Craig Stevens has an expiring contract, and it’s time to extend Delanie Walker, who’s up after 2016.
Defensive end: Jurrell Casey is a top player, and DaQuan Jones is solid. Angelo Blackson and Karl Klug round out a good group.
Quarterback: Set with Marcus Mariota and Zach Mettenberger. For all their problems, that this spot ranks last is significant.
